After joining the company in 2021, she was responsible for launching a registered support organization in the Specified Skilled Workers Team. In addition to sales to nursing care facilities, she handled domestic and cross-border visa applications for over 70 people. Since launch, the team has grown to more than ten times the number of people supported and recorded sales of over ¥10 million. While supporting Specified Skilled Workers, she realized the importance of education and transferred to the Education and Training Team. Currently, as an educational consultant on the Education and Training Team, she is responsible for providing support to clients considering implementing education and training, as well as providing follow-up after the service implementation. In addition to individual client support, she also handles a wide range of tasks, including planning and implementing webinars.

After joining the company, Shingo was responsible for developing new clients, recruiting for existing clients, and providing follow-up support for them at the group’s staffing and staffing agency.
